U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The EEOC is the primary federal agency enforcing anti-discrimination laws. This agency provides guidance on conducting workplace investigations, harassment policies, and compliance requirements.

Past Event: At the International Bar Association's Employment & Diversity Law Conference 2025 in Marrakech, Morocco, Horizon Employment Law Principal and Attorney-Investigator, Emily Schultz, co-presented on the complexities of managing a company's reputation amidst employee activism and public commentary, as well as strategies for handling peer, market and media interest when it comes to sensitive litigation and internal investigations.
The 2026 IBA Annual Conference will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sessions will include immigration, employee rights, and global workforce trends.
